At Foxhill Manor, not only do we have an impressively kitted-out commercial kitchen, but we’re also lucky enough to have Executive Chef, Jon Ingram, manning its stoves.
Jon (who’s also behind the menus at our sister hotel, Dormy House) is a epicurean miracle worker who can create bespoke menus to meet any special occasion requirement or theme. He can also put on cooking demonstrations and lead culinary masterclasses as you desire.
And don’t worry about the drinks; we have a full bar in the dining room and our wine cellar is one of the best stocked in the region – with a great selection of premium vintages, should you want to sample a once-in-a-lifetime bottle while you’re here.
The Foxhill team can also arrange wine, ale or whisky tastings and lay on cocktail classes to help you brush up your mixology skills.
Our kitchen credentials, as well as our location beside the Vale of Evesham (aka ‘the garden of England’), make Foxhill Manor an excellent destination for foodie breaks, so if you and your party of gallivanting gourmets are looking for a day or two of gastronomic discovery, there are few better places to be.
